Exercise Session

Be mindful of the level of abilities when developing an exercise programme. Keep exercise slow and simple and watch out for any signs of strain. For those residents not so good on their feet, always take the class sitting down.

A list of simple exercises are available on our member site. Remember -

  • Tailor the session (15 mins is good) to suit your clients,
  • Session should have 3 songs - one, slow, one faster and one slow again.
  • Be aware of any vascular or muscular ailments prior to session
  • Look out for any signs of breathing discomfort throughout the session
