No-Egg-White Sugar Mice

These are great fun to make and, with a little cellophane make great gifts for Grandchildren!

Ingredients

1 Pckt Icing Powder
3 - 5 tblspns carnation milk

As these mice are not cooked, they have to be made without fresh egg-white to conform to Health and Safety Regulations. Fortunately, both alternatives do not alter the taste or texture of the mice.

Try powdered egg white, or simply use icing sugar and carnation milk.

Mix ingredients togethert to form a fondant dough. Shape into a ball, pinching one end gently into a cone. Attach two tiny flattened balls for ears and a short dough string for the tail. Chill.
